
Pre-Natal Reformer
A class for our mum's to be! Offering a gentle yet effective workout held in a serene group class focusing on strength, flexibility and overall wellbeing during pregnancy. Carefully curated movements to help support core stability, pelvic floor strength and posture alignment. The exercises are designed to alleviate common pregnancy discomforts like back pain and joint stiffness while promoting relaxation and breathing techniques to connect to body and baby. Safety and comfort are paramount, with modifications to suit various stages of pregnancy and individual fitness levels.
Terms and Conditions
All pregnant clients must provide written clearance from their Obstetrician/Gynaecologist, GP or health care practitioner managing their pregnancy allowing them to participate in pre-natal exercises and classes.
All new pregnant clients are required to complete a free 15 minute initial consultation with our head clinician before their first Pre-Natal Reformer Pilates class.
Our Pre-Natal Reformer Pilates classes are suitable for pregnant clients from12 weeks up to 36 weeks.
If a pregnant client experiences pain, discomfort or other symptoms during a class, they must cease exercising immediately and notify one of our team members. (In such instances, the pregnant client will be required to provide written clearance from their Obstetrician/Gynaecologist, GP or health care practitioner managing their pregnancy allowing them to return to pre-natal exercises and classes).
