Yes, all of our classes can be adapted to suit all fitness levels, including beginners. Our classes offer options for different levels of experience and fitness and our teachers will work with you during the class to modify the movement. We do recommend our form classes for your very first class. Our Form Reformer and Body Form Mat Pilates are a great place to start.
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for movement. Fitting attire can be helpful for instructors to see your alignment. Grip socks are worn for hygiene and grip on the equipment. We sell these in the studio if you need to purchase a pair.
We provide all necessary Pilates equipment such as mats, reformers, and props. We recommend you bring a bottle of water and a small towel for perspiration.
The frequency of Pilates and Yoga sessions depends on your fitness goals and schedule. Many people benefit from doing classes 2-3 times a week for consistent improvement.

Yes! You can. Our classes are half the size of a normal reformer class, therefore we only allow up to 6 people. We do ask your baby remains in a capsule or pram.
During your infrared sauna session, you sit or lay down in the sauna while experiencing dry heat generated by the infrared panels. Sessions typically last 30 minutes. We recommend adding a recovery bath to your session for added wellness benefits.
Yes, of course! We recommend bringing one friend to your infrared sauna session. Please check our booking options for availability.
Before a sauna session, hydrate well and avoid heavy meals. Afterward, drink plenty of water to rehydrate, and consider a cool shower to promote circulation.
We recommend you wear bathers or comfortable clothing suitable for immersion in water. Please bring a towel to your session. If you need a towel, we do hire these out in the studio for $4.
While recovery baths are generally safe, individuals with certain medical conditions (like heart conditions, pregnancy, or skin sensitivities) should consult with their healthcare provider before using a recovery bath.
