Health Conditions
- Participant Responsibility: It is the responsibility of each participant to inform the instructor of any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or physical limitations before participating in any Pilates, Yoga or Recovery session.
- Medical Clearance: Participants with known medical conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, or any other chronic illness should obtain medical clearance from a healthcare provider before engaging in any class or recovery session.
- Pregnancy: Pregnant individuals should consult with their healthcare provider before participating in any Pre Natal class. We offer specialised pre-natal Pilates classes tailored to the unique needs of expectant mothers.
- Injuries: Participants with acute injuries or recent surgeries should provide clearance from their healthcare provider before resuming exercise or recovery sessions. Modifications can be made to accommodate recovery needs.
- Disclosure of Changes: Participants must inform the instructor of any changes in their health status or medical conditions that may affect their ability to safely participate in a class or recovery session.
- Safety During Sessions: Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies, take breaks as needed, and communicate any discomfort or pain immediately to the instructor during the session.
- Liability Waiver: By participating in a class, recovery session or undergoing a laser treatment, participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated. They agree to release the studio, its instructors, and staff from any liability for injuries sustained during or as a result of their treatment, session or class.
- Discretion of Studio: The studio reserves the right to deny participation to any individual who presents a health risk or whose participation may be detrimental to themselves or others.
- Modifications: The studio will make reasonable efforts to accommodate participants with health conditions or physical limitations by offering modifications or alternative exercises when appropriate.
