Health Conditions

  1. Participant Responsibility: It is the responsibility of each participant to inform the instructor of any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or physical limitations before participating in any Pilates, Yoga or Recovery session.
  2. Medical Clearance: Participants with known medical conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, or any other chronic illness should obtain medical clearance from a healthcare provider before engaging in any class or recovery session.
  3. Pregnancy: Pregnant individuals should consult with their healthcare provider before participating in any Pre Natal class. We offer specialised pre-natal Pilates classes tailored to the unique needs of expectant mothers.
  4. Injuries: Participants with acute injuries or recent surgeries should provide clearance from their healthcare provider before resuming exercise or recovery sessions. Modifications can be made to accommodate recovery needs.
  5. Disclosure of Changes: Participants must inform the instructor of any changes in their health status or medical conditions that may affect their ability to safely participate in a class or recovery session.
  6. Safety During Sessions: Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies, take breaks as needed, and communicate any discomfort or pain immediately to the instructor during the session.
  7. Liability Waiver: By participating in a class, recovery session or undergoing a laser treatment, participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated. They agree to release the studio, its instructors, and staff from any liability for injuries sustained during or as a result of their treatment, session or class.
  8. Discretion of Studio: The studio reserves the right to deny participation to any individual who presents a health risk or whose participation may be detrimental to themselves or others.
  9. Modifications: The studio will make reasonable efforts to accommodate participants with health conditions or physical limitations by offering modifications or alternative exercises when appropriate.
