On Level One, our reformer pilates room, followed by recovery in our private infrared sauna and recovery baths or book in a specialist appointment with our Clinical Myotherapist.
On Level Two of the studio, our heated and non-heated mat pilates and yoga, as well as our clinical team looking after all of your wellness needs.
