Post-Natal Mum's & Bubs

Our Post-Natal Reformer Pilates classes are perfect for new mums who are wanting to ease back into exercise, regain their strength and address any aches and pains from pregnancy and the physical (and mental) demands of being a new mum. Post-Natal Reformer Pilates will help improve core muscle strength, pelvic floor, posture and flexibility and will enable you to return to full activities. Babies are most welcome in our classes! Bring along your little one and enjoy exercising in our warm and nurturing space.

Terms and Conditions

Post-Natal clients must be at least 6 weeks postpartum to participate in our Post-Natal Reformer Pilates classes.

Post-Natal clients must ensure that they have been given clearance to exercise from their Obstetrician/Gynaecologist, GP or health care practitioner before participating in our Post-Natal Reformer Pilates classes.

Babies are most welcome to our Post-Natal Reformer Pilates classes but we kindly request that your baby/toddler is in a capsule, bouncer or pram safely next to you for the duration of the class.
