In Mindful Yin we focus on holding gentle, passive poses for an extended period, typically ranging from 3 to 5 minutes or even longer. Promoting a meditative stillness that encourages the release of physical and mental tension. The slow-paced nature of Mindful Yin Yoga targets and works with connective tissues, promoting flexibility and joint mobility.
Traditional Chinese Medicine principles are integrated into Mindful Yin Yoga, with a focus on stimulating and balancing the flow of energy through the body’s meridian pathways.
Mindful Yin is suitable for all levels with modifications to suit individual needs.
